For sanitary reasons and the overall safety of our customers and staff, all sales are final on consumable and discontinued items. Consumable items include but are not limited to: liquid, cartridges and pods, tanks, coils, external batteries and accessories.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused goods, excluding consumable and discontinued items. Products must be unused, in their original, unopened packaging and with original receipt in order to be returned.
30-Day Limited Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on any manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials, or electrical operation. Product must be accompanied with original receipt, and in its packaging with all original parts.
This warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, has been used in an improper manner, is damaged through improper use or normal wear and tear, negligence and/or abuse. This warranty does not include consumable or discontinued items.
