Federal legislation passed in late December 2020 presents unprecedented compliance challenges for the vaping industry by prohibiting the U.S. Postal Service “USPS” from delivering vapor products to our customers. Combined with the voluntary withdrawal of FedEx and UPS from delivering vapor products, leaves us without a clear course of action to continue fulfilling orders online. Not only are we faced with logistical shipping challenges to ensure vapor products can reach our customers, but the PACT ACT also requires online retailers to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products with strict compliance registration in each state.

Orders placed are processed in the approximate order they are received, except for pre-orders. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been received, and another with a tracking number when your order is preparing to ship.

In-stock orders are usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.

Pre-orders are fulfilled as soon as possible when item/items are back in stock.

If an item on your order has ran out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email to offer different options in exchange or process a full refund.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PAYMENT (OR REFUND) TO BE PROCESSED?

All payments are processed immediately during checkout. Once you are notified of a refund processed by our team, it can take approximately 3-5 days for your refund to be reflected by your financial institution.

Orders are shipped USPS Priority or First-Class Mail. Your item should arrive within 2-4 business days.


MY ORDER WAS CANCELED & SHOWING CHARGED. HOW COME?

If the billing information listed on your order does not match the billing address associated to the card being used your order will not process. Due to FDA regulations the information must match, or your order will be automatically cancelled. The amount may show as pending and any pending amounts will drop off.


HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON THE WEB STORE?

At checkout enter your coupon code in the box below your items and click the APPLY button to the right. Discount codes will not be applied after an order has been placed. Unauthorized/invalid coupon codes will not be accepted.
