SubVod From KangerAre you looking for a smaller e-cig that feels like a cigarette yet is far better and more stylish? The SubVod may be a mini e-cig, but it can make massive vapor clouds as it adapts the power output to the ohms of the coil you're using. This compact e-cig lets you adjust your airflow intake to control vapor production. The SubVod e-cig Kanger starter kit is particularly popular due to its top-fill subtank, which makes for quick, clean and easy refills. Thanks to pass-through technology, not only does your battery charge lightning fast, but you can even keep vaping while it's still charging.
- Subtank Nano
Specs: - Capacitiy: 3mls - Diameter: 18.5mm - 510 Threading
To fill your tank: 1. Unscrew the top. 2. Fill V-Lixir down the sides of the tube, and fill to just under the lip of the center barrel (avoid getting any liquid down the hole in the center). 3. Reattach the top, and vape away :-) NOTE: Be sure to not let it run too dry before refilling as that could lead to a burnt taste.
Adjustable Airflow: The wider your airflow opening, the more air you will get. This can be especially effective when looking for a lot of vapor production. Less airflow offers a tighter, more filtered draw.
Changing your Sub Ohm Atomizer: The lifespan of your atomizer coils will depend on your usage and vaping habits. This could be anywhere from 5 days to a few weeks. When the atomizer coil wears down, it may begin to leak, taste burnt or be hard to draw from.
To change your atomizer coil: 1. Hold the tank upside down. 2. Unthread the metal base from the tank, and set the tank aside. 3. Unthread the atomizer coil from the metal base, and discard. 4. Thread the new atomizer into the metal base, and then thread the base back onto the tank. 5. Before using, we recommend priming the atomizer by taking a few "dry draws". To do this simply take a few draws off your e-cig without pressing the button. This circulates the v-lixir throughout the coils and helps prevent your atomizer from burning out prematurely.
Subvod Battery
Specs: - 1,300mAh - Voltage Output: 3.7 Volts - Resistance Range: 0.5Ω or higher - 510 Threading
Locking/Unlocking your Battery: Your battery will come to you locked. This features protects your e-cigarette from unwanted use when being stored in a purse or pocket, for instance. We encourage you to store your e-cig in a protective lanyard or carrying case. To lock or unlock your battery, simply press the activation button of your battery 5 times fast.
Charging your Battery: Your battery will typically come 50% charged. We recommend using your battery until it is fully drained (dead) before charging it the first time. Normally, your battery will only take a few hours to fully charge; we suggest allowing it to charge for a full 8 hours the first time.
To charge your battery, simply plug into the designated micro USB cord. You may still use your e-cig while it's charging! :)
Battery Indicator: The LED screen will display your battery's charge, temperature, wattage, atomizer resistance and more!
Short Circuit Protection: If there is a short in your heating element, your LED screen will read "atomizer short".
Overcharge Protection: Once charged, your battery will cut itself off in order to prevent being overcharged.
10 Second Cut-Off: If your activation button is held down for more than 10 seconds the iStick will cut-off to prevent your atomizer from burning out.
- Gurgling noise or leaks: This is a sign that the liquid has found its way into the metal tube in the center of the tank (and usually occurs after a refill). Ridding the center tube of liquid will resolve the issue. To do so without emptying the tank, remove it from the battery, wrap a cloth or tissue around the bottom of the tank and blow through the mouthpiece through the metal tube.
- The atomizer coil can unfasten when unthreading the tube or base. Always secure the atomizer coil before reinstalling the base.
- When possible, keep the tank full and never below one third full of liquid. This helps maintain the seal in the tank and prevent leaks.
- It is normal to find a small trace of liquid in the battery contact area when removing the tank. We recommend cleaning the contacts of the battery regularly using a q-tip.
- It is possible for the pad of your battery to get pushed down too far; this will restrict it from making contact with your tank, and therefore you will not get a good draw from your e-cig. To fix this, you can take a pair of tweezers and gently lift the pin upward which will allow it to make contact.
